We provide all cleaning products and state-of-the-art equipment, so you never need to worry about replenishing your supply for our cleaners. If you have special cleaning products you want the cleaner to use, please be sure to discuss this with our team in advance, so that we can properly instruct the cleaners.

You may pay by cash, bank transfer or credit card. Private Bond Cleans require payment at time of service. If you do not intend to be at home at the time of your service visit you may choose to either leave cash on the kitchen counter or pay via the website. Office and corporate clients will receive an invoice with payment instructions.

If you have any special valuables, heirlooms or irreplaceable items, please put them away or instruct us not to touch them. A closed door or drawer is your signal to us that you do not want our cleaners to clean that area. CSC Total Solutions carries all the necessary insurances in the event that any damage occurs.

If you have a security system, please make necessary arrangements to give your cleaning team access to your home/office on your scheduled day. Some clients establish a guest or temporary code.

What if I need to reschedule my bond clean?2022-05-24T17:06:13+10:00

Simply call our office prior to your cleaning day. Most of our services require a minimum 48 hours notice to reschedule your home bond cleaning, however this notification window varies.

Please be sure you understand CSC Total Solutions procedures for rescheduling and cancelling visits. We do have a cancellation policy and will assess a cancellation fee if necessary, although we want to help you avoid incurring these fees!

CSC Total Solutions ordinarily guarantees a specific day for your house cleaning but not a specific time. Due to our flexible and ever-changing schedule, we are unable to commit to a specific time of day for our cleaners to arrive. However, if you contact us on the day of your cleaning service, we will be glad to estimate the time our cleaners will arrive. If you need a specific time guarantee, feel free to discuss this with us. Within reason, we will do our best to reach a mutually agreeable solution.

There are 3 options, either meet your cleaner at the property, the cleaner can pickup the keys from your real estate or you may leave a key hidden on premise for access on your cleaning day. Your cleaner will leave the key safely inside on exiting.

Every house is unique, and every house cleaning fee is individually based. Things that will affect your house cleaning estimate include the size of your home, number of residents, number of pets, number of bathrooms, type of blinds etc. Basic pricing can be found on the Residential page.
